Your braised mackerel looked so yummy. I did not have mackerel and used what I did have, Blue Dog! My friend went fishing and caught a ton of fish, which he gave me most of. And Jorim is one of the things that I decided to do with it. I love mackerel, but so many other types of fish can be good for it too!
