I live in Seoul and bought these from my small local supermarket, so the guy gutted them and sliced them open for me. This, with some rice and kimchi and/or Kkaenip Kimchi is so yummy. I dip the fish in soy sauce also. Wish I had an oven here so I could try the grilled version! T.T

    rice, kimchi, perilla leaf kimchi, and grilled mackerel! Holy Mackerel! It sounds delicious! : )
