I have been wanting to make this dish for some time and I finally did! I did check with my husband first to make sure he would at least try it since he is not a huge fan of kimchi or spicy food. Well I made it and he LOVED it! He asked for a second bowl and he wanted me to make it again for lunch the next day! The whole dish was pretty simple, the hardest part was waiting for the stock to finish so we could eat the soup!
