My favorite snack in Seoul!
I found some with syrup in them, japchae, or different nuts in the typical Busan’s Hoddeok…
I did exactly the same recipe that Maangchi’s but it was quite difficult for me to deal with the sticky dough. ^^’
As I am not a big fan of cinnamon, it is too much for me but otherwise I love the dough!
Next time I will try with japchae, or redbeans, or potaoesn or just cheddar in it *p*
