I really like your Hoddeok recipe, Maangchi! I don’t need to adjust any ingredient in this recipe since all the ingredients can be found in my hometown. It’s so yummy! I made this recipe so many times already and it always comes out so nice. It especially delicious in winter time. I went to Korea last year during winter, and bought Hoddeok from the sidewalk everyday. I love it!
