Homemade ginger tea!

Since I posted my ginger tea recipe, it’s been my everyday habit to drink some. I love the tea and also love eating the pulp and pine nuts floating on top. I found this ginger tea really works well for a stomachache. The other day after eating out, my stomach felt uncomfortable. After having this tea, the weird pain was gone!

I did some research and discovered that there’s been many scientific studies proving the health benefits of ginger and how it can cure nausea. This has been my experience as well, so of course I’d like to pass this information on to my lovely readers.

Make some, and keep it in the fridge until it runs out. You and your family will be happy and healthy!
