The consistency of injeolmi is very much like mochi; so if you don’t mind, I shall call these goodies “mochis”. I did not have mugwort powder so I made a powder using grounded roasted black sesame seeds and confectioners sugar; and used that powder instead of the mugwort. This is unbelievably easy to make! My husband don’t have a sweet tooth, yet he managed to finish almost all “mochis” I made with this recipe because he said its sooo delicious! So chewy and delectable! Thanks again Maangchi for another wonderful recipe!
