Maangchi's Real Korean Cooking has all the recipes for all the essential Korean pastes and sauces, but my second book Maangchi's Big Book of Korean Cooking has more recipes, more photos, and more variety.

Thank you, my heroine in making us adoptees finding a way back to our most early senses, when we meet to have Korean nourishment. I learned Korean food by observing how you do it, so easy and makes it looks so delicious. Thanks for learning spinach segeum who is now one of my favorite sidedish, well actually no meat and then its the maincourse. Your broths and so many nice and new dishes. Maybe you could explain if any of the names has a meaning besides being the name of that particular dish.
I enjoyed every minute yesterday you being in Copenhagen. Thanks Minna for coordination a great Gapshida.
