As were trying to avoid eating pork, I used cream dory as the meat for the recipe, so it did not take that long to boil it.

    It was pretty much like the jajangmyeon i ate in Incheon airport, only that one has squid in it ü but will have to try to do this with pork, maybe there’s a big difference in taste.
