Jangjorim (Braised beef with soy sauce)

I made jangjorim yesterday because I was really craving it. This is the kind of side dish that you can make ahead of time and keep in the fridge for a week. Then when you’re ready, serve it as a side dish and mix some of the salty broth in with your warm rice. It’s so delicious

    Hi Maangchi! I love this banchan, but haven’t had it in a while. When I was a kid, I used to love to 밥 말아먹어 in water and eat it with jangjorim and kimchi.
