Japchae Easter Edition

My parents came over dinner. They really love Japchae so I decided to make that. Planned to make it without meat, but then my mom brought some left over lamb and some lovely green asparagus. Together with the veggies that I already prepared it made a really great Japchae with a touch of spring and easter :-)
