This was my first experience making this. Wasn’t even sure how it was supposed to taste! I pork belly, Korean Radish, Korean Zucchini, Sweet Potato and onions. I also added garlic. Fried the black bean and added to meat a veggie mixture. Once it was mixed well, I added about 3 cups of water with potato starch.

The noodles were a pleasant surprise. Never had it before. They had lots of body and slightly chewy. Not soggy at all.

    Your presentation is awesome! That’s funny to hear that you even didn’t know what the taste is supposed to be! But it looks like it’s made by someone who has been making jjajangmyeon for many years! Congratulations!
