Couldn’t get any buchu this time but it still tasted pretty darn tasty during the taste test :)

    Yeap! I substituted with extra green onions and a touch more fresh garlic. Flavor seemed good to my taste tester as this is the third time I’ve made and he quoted the best one yet :)

    4 handsome looking jars and 1 large container filled with kimchi! You won’t have to worry about what to prepare for your meals! Well done! You did a great job!
    Buchu, you don’t need it if it’s not available. Use more green onions instead.
