kimchi
Hi all, made some kimchi for the family that will last a few months. Mine is Pogi Kimchi, one that is not cut into pieces like Mak Kimchi. Lotsa garlic, lotsa giner, and lotsa onions, fish sauce, oysters, and some pear puree. Delish.

    wow, the photo makes me very happy this morning. I haven’t had kimchi for a while because I’m traveling now. Mouthwatering kiimchi!
