kimchi-bokkeumbap

Simple and delicious lunch! This time I used my homemade yeolmu kimchi (young radish leaves kimchi) instead of chopped cabbage kimchi. I fried my warm rice with some gochujang, yeolmu kimchi, and kimchi juice. Of course generous amount of roasted sesame oil was added. Was it delicious? Sure it was. It can’t be better! : )
