Kimchi jjigae with fish balls

Tonight my parents came over for a Korean dinner. We started with a bit of Kimchi stew. I didn’t have any pork or tofu, but I did have some fish balls in the freezer so I used those instead. Turned out really delicious! Again :-)

    Yes I did! My mom made a grocery list last sunday, with all the Korean product that she will need if she want to cook Korean herself one of these days :-)

    Inge, the kimchi stew looks very delicious! I think you make your parents get addicted to Korean food! : )
