Yangbaechu-kimchi

I substitute napa cabbage with some green cabbage as napa cabbage is too expensive here in Edinburgh. I made some kimchi with napa cabbage for my parents when I was living in Malaysia, and it was very good. This is my first time making Kimchi with Green Cabbage and they give more crunch to it. I served some fresh kimchi with some hot rice right away after making it haha!! I omitted the squid here because my boyfriend doesn’t like raw seafood LOL
