Kimchi!

My biggest batch of kimchi yet! I think the cabbage looks really pretty through the clear plastic. I made small batches of kimchi lots of times to work out the kinks and build up some confidence. Yesterday I finally committed to a full batch weighing in at 10 lbs! For a single college student that goes a long way. This will probably last me a month at least. So much food!!! Thank you Maangchi for teaching me to make delicious Napa cabbage kimchi and so many other things!
