Savory Kkongchi-jorim

KKongchi-jorim is a quick and easy fish dish I cook for myself for lunch. I tasted the sauce after it was reduced, and it tasted perfect: savory, spicy, refreshing and slightly sweet – just the way i like it.
I’ll make this again.
