As with all Maangchi’s recipe, I was so excited to try the newest duyu (두유) recipe. Got a little too carried away and ended up with way too much duyu. Was wondering what I could do with it and I saw a comment that duyu is used for kongguksu. I did a little search on the website and here it is! My attempt at Kongguksu! Delicious! :)
