Kongbiji jigae (Ground soybean stew)

My husband was surprised when I proposed to cook kongbiji jigae for him. He said last time he had it it was in some restaurant in Seoul way long ago. I marinated the pork in kimchi juice to add in more flavor, and the dish was soooooo tasteful. Perfect for a chilly weather in October!
