Deonjang pork skewers!

So yum! I used fatty pork shoulder and cooked it on coal so it was amazing! And surprisingly I really really LOVE the chive salad. So simple yet soooooo delicious. I have it as a side with pretty much every meal now, so good! I Love you Maangchi, you’ve brought so much fun and excitement to my kitchen!
