Mak Kimchi

I basically followed Maangchi’s recipe, however I used ordinary rice flour only instead of sweet rice flour as it’s not available here in Cambodia.

    Your kimchi looks wonderful! Don’t worry about rice flour. I sometimes use flour. Happy cooking!

      That’s so nice! Now I need not to worry if rice flour is not available. A lot of my friends always ask me to make this for them. They thought it’s complicated, but actually it’s not. Thank you so much for your recipes :-)
