makgeolli
makgeolli (막걸리)

This was my first batch of makgeolli and it came out great. Tomorrow I am having a party and I will share it with my family and friends. that will be the real test on how I did. I bottled it in vintage blue Ball jars so it looks awesome.

Updated message:
“The party was lots of fun and makgeolli was a big hit. Last week I brewed another batch and have been experimenting with adding flavors. So far I have a maple, jalapeno and my favorite is banana. I’m palnning on doing a few more and will keep you posted on how they turn out.”
