Boy .. was i glad i chose your way :) it was delicious !! I prefer mandoo this way actually , Nick loves this , i actually made 1 portion for myself and made the fried mandoo for him and my husband , but then after tasting the mandoo soup , he said ” mom , i am having the soup for dinner ” so i had to add more water and added a little bit more fish sauce and salt . It was a great mandoo soup maangchi , thank you !
