Maangchi I don’t like my miyuk guk with beef. So i have been experimenting with different things to add. My mom makes dried fish jerky and we usually fry it crispy and eat it with sticky rice and spicy chili dipping sauce. She gave me some of her dried fish jerky when I visited her last time. I decided to use it in my broth and it was delicious. I also love tofu with it, so I added tofu. Delicious!
