This is a really simple but delicious dish. Made this for my mum and she loved it. Thanks Maangchi!! :) 😄

    Your sukjunamul (mungbean sprouts side dish) looks very tasty. Each stem of mung bean sprout is plump. I can almost smell the cucumber and sesame oil. : )
