mu-saengchae (radish salad: 무생채)

I had some radish leftover in my fridge and I didn’t want it to go bad so I made radish salad. It was so good! It a little crunchy and sweet and spicy! This recipe is so simple that I usually throw this together at the last minute when I want something to snack on or as a side dish to my main meal. Thanks again Maangchi for another delicious dish!
