Oi Muchim

I guess it is slightly different than Oi Sobagi, but just as tasty! I made Oi Muchim. I just love cucumber side dishes in the summertime. Nothing beats the cold, refreshing, crisp taste of cucumbers when the summer heat is killing your appetite. I don’t think I saw a recipe for Oi Muchim on here, and I guess this is the closet thing to it. What do you think about my addition of perilla leaves to this dish?
