"Oi" vey!
“오이” (pronounced “o-ee”) is Korean for cucumber. Oisobagi kimchi involves turning them into pockets and, in turn, filling them with various veggies and kimchi paste. I tuned down the hot pepper powder a bit and it came out just spicy enough. Unlike my 막김치, this can’t sit in the fridge for much longer than a week. But, no worry. These are so delicous!
