Oisobagi

I only found big cucumbers so I cut each into half to make the kimchi. Chives are expensive in American grocery stores so I used green onions instead. I also threw in some red bell pepper just for fun. The result is delicious. We made bibimbap with the extra stuffing,because every tiny amount of gochugaru is precious!!
