Fermented Squid

My uncle brought home some fresh caught squid so I decided to make fermented squid following Maangchi’s recipe. A month finally passed today and I’m super excited to put this whole thing together!

    Homemade ojingeojeot is very delicious and less salty than store sold ojingeojeot. It looks so yummy!
