First time trying, it wasn’t as deep white as I wanted, maybe I used to much water, but the flavor was great, besides the korean radish and onions I added 4 garlic cloves and a piece of ginger… My 3 year old son loves it without spicy and my husband love the spicy version, I love in between version… sometimes my son does too and takes the soup from my bowl ;)… well next time when I make this I’ll start really early in the morning, it was a really long day of waiting.
