Followed Maangchi’s recipe and it came out great. I was scared of flipping the pancake and getting it into the correct shape, but I remembered Maangchi’s advice and conquered my fears, hahaha. I think next time I will use a little less green onions and maybe add some cut-up shrimp meat! Was delicious and I love the sauce!

    Yours looks better than mine! “I remembered Maangchi’s advice and conquered my fears” lol, does it sound like a martial arts movie – conquer your own fear and distracted mind! Flip it flip it!
