I made this for lunch for my bf and me today. We can only get daikon here, so I only put in 3 cups of water instead of 5 since daikon is more watery. I substituted two tbsp of fish sauce with one tbsp fish sauce + one tbsp soup soy sauce because the fish sauce is a bit too salty for me. It turned out great, as all the other Maangchi’s recipe!!
