Roasted injeolmi rice cake

Ssuk injeolmi rice cake made with mugwort powder. I kept some leftover injeolmi rice cake in the freezer  for a while. I roasted it yesterday. Each rice cake piece looks so plump with hot air inside. A little burnt crust is very tasty.
