Scrumptious Injeolmi from Maangchi’s Recipe

This is a non-stop finger-licking scrumptious dessert that melts in your mouth. My first attempt in making it and it sure turned out DELICIOUS! I’m going to make some more. Even my Caucasian husband liked it. Thank you Maangchi for a long-awaited recipe (I didn’t request it but I’ve been secretly waiting for it ;) ). :D Made on August 17, 2011.
