No, it’s not my birthday; nor did I just give birth. Just craving this delicious soup, make with a combination of dried anchovy broth and brisket broth. Also, I added a can of clams to make it more interesting.

    It’s not easy to take a good photo of miyeokguk but you did a great job! The miyeok looks so soft and the broth looks very yummy! I often make miyeokguk for myself because I have a craving. : )
