I had the day off and prepared a lovely Korean dinner! Thanks for all the recipes Maangchi!
I also used a recipe that Reinier put up for teriyaki zucchini that was very juicy and flavourful.
I made Myulchibokkeum (spicy anchovy side dish), Kimchi, Kaktugi (radish kimchi), Dongchimi with extra pear (Radish water kimchi), gajinamul (eggplant side dish) and teriyaki(ish) zucchini!
I also made some bibimbap that was delicous.
