soondubu jjigae (spicy soft tofu soup)

I fallowed your recipe for making the soup stock and all the spices.. I left out the seafood and beef, not b/c i’m vegetarian, but I didn’t have them on hand. I and added bok choy and used Jalopenos instead of the chili pepper. I also added a package of ramen noodles and it was soooo delicious!
