Kongguksu (Soy milk noodle soup: 콩국수)


Hello, Maangchi!
It is snowing and cold here in Belgium. However, it’s my birthday today, and I felt like eating some 콩국수. Merci beaucoup for your excellent soybean milk recipe (: I used buckwheat noodles and chia seeds for garnish to increase the nutrition value. I can’t say thank you enough times for teaching me how to make Korean food that even my mom doesn’t know how to make, :-D P.S., I didn’t add any ice because it’s already cold here, hahaha!
