I made bibimguksu for my lunch! Whenever I make this, it reminds me of Susanne who was my Gapshida meetup organizer in the Netherlands! We cooked and filmed together. She had a little trouble saying “bibimguksu”. : ) I always imitate her whenever I mix my noodles. “BI-Bim-Guk-Soo!”
If you have fermented kimchi, noodles, and hot pepper paste, you can make this very easily. oh don’t forget sesame oil~
