I love “tteokbokki” ever since the first time I tried it.It was the most delicious snack ever! Spicy,chewy, and yummy. Hence I decided to try make my own from scratch.With Maangchi’s recipe of course! Made my own “garaetteok” which I made from the short grain rice that I soaked, ground , and kept in the freezer for about 2 nights. Turned out great! I had no fish cakes so I put sausages instead and boiled eggs!Yum yum!Thanks Maangchi!!Big hugs and kisses from Malaysia!
