I first learned this dish from one of Maangchi’s recipes. I love eating this with sliced garlic, sliced Serrano chili, gochujang, and rice, all wrapped in a perilla leaf!

    Wrapping all of these in a perilla leaf and eating it one bite is heaven! : )
