Last week I found some delicious green peppers at the market. They don’t sell shishito peppers here in the Netherlands but I guess the taste must be familiar with the ones I bought.
My peppers were a little bit bigger so I cut them in 3. Because we like spicy, I added 3 tablespoons of hot pepper flakes instead of 3 teaspoons… It turned out really nice. It will be one of the banchans for tonight!

    Your gochujjim looks so yummy and the bowl is also very pretty! “I added 3 tablespoons of hot pepper flakes instead of 3 teaspoons” haha!
