
I finally made Hoddeok!!!!! It was a total success at home!!!!!
I had to change a bit the filling ingredients because my husband can not eat cinnamon at all so i just changed for vanilla scent, roasted unsalted peanuts and brown sugar. I made smaller hoddeok and i finished with almost 12 medium sized hoddeoks!!!!!! Even tried to make a salty one with ham and mozzarella…really tasty too!!!!
Next mission….Emergency Kimchi!!!!!!!!!
