I finally made Hoddeok!!!!! It was a total success at home!!!!!
I had to change a bit the filling ingredients  because my husband can not eat cinnamon at all so i just changed for vanilla scent, roasted unsalted peanuts and brown sugar. I made smaller hotteok and i finished with almost 12 medium sized hoddeoks!!!!!! Even tried to make a salty one with ham and mozzarella…really tasty too!!!!
Next mission….Emergency Kimchi!!!!!!!!!
(Maagnchi, hope i wrote it down correctly in Korean…Peanut Hoddeok) ^_^
The recipe is here.

Yes, your korean “땅콩호떡” is very correctly spelled. You know how to pronounce it? Funny sound, so I would like to mention this. “ttang kong hoddeok” lol
It sounds like you made a lot of experiments! Yum!
