I tried my hand at making deokbokki for the first time, and it was a success! Maangchi’s directions are so easy to follow. I’m very happy to have come across her channel a few days ago.
The only thing is, I wasn’t able to find large dried anchovies (I might have to go elsewhere next time), so I just used a bit more of the small ones I bought.
