Finally my first homemade Kimchi!!!! I used this recepie cause I couldn´t find napa cabbage (I live in Mexico). So I followed Maagnchi´s emergency recepie while she stayed in Puerto Escondido. I must say it tastes so good!!!! I ate it rigth away as salad, and now i´m looking forward to use it as much as i can in other recepies!!!!!!
Definetly i´ll be making kimchi again..and again!!!
