Bought Maangchi’s cookbook, so easy to follow that my American husband cooked me the spicy Korean fried chicken for my birthday. He even enjoy it.

    Thank you Maangchi. Wished I could have attend your book signing on Aug 1, but had to work. Love your cooking. Too bad H Mart is so far away from where I am, hard to get some asian ingredients these days.

    The chicken looks crunchy and juicy! Adding some chopped green onion made it look superb! The japchae also looks very tasty. All are made with your love. The dishes are supposed to be delicious!
